This is a Fundamentals certification about the cloud in general and some of Azure features of how it works in a layman's terms. The exam consists of 40-43 Questions about basics and even some of interactive ones which is based on UI of Azure portal.

DP-900 (Azure Data Fundamentals)

Please do this certification if you are interested in learning database as it provides a brief understanding about database and its core concepts of how it operates from one instance to other.

Well, The database is a separate domain anyone can dive into as it is huge whereas, our Microsoft constructed a certificate to brush up your basics of your "Foundational Database" knowledge. This certification can give you a insight about how a data can be created, manipulated and transferred within the Azure ecosystem.
